Class Schedule Week of January 2-6

Happy New Year! I am looking forward to my regular schedule like many people. Routine is my thing and I thrive when I can plan ahead schedule things in advance. I encourage you to schedule your workouts ahead of time and let them be a priority even if that is only once a week.
