I love the FasciaBlasters! I tell everyone about them. I have had so much relief from chronic pain from using the various FasciaBlasters. I have increased range of motion. I can perform difficult Pilates exercises better. I can feel all my muscles working together much better and I get warmed up faster. Many of my Pilates Clients have FasciaBlasters and have also had great results. I have been waiting patiently for the FaceBlaster to be released and it's out also on AmazonPrime! I love to use this product for not only my face and head but also my feet. I have found that tender areas where my fascia is tightly bound like my inner thighs respond much better with the FaceBlaster. A lot of people use the FaceBlaster to help them warm up before using any of the other FasciaBlasters. This is the OG FasciaBlaster. I like this one as it's easier to use on your back and hard to reach places on your own.
This is the Mini 1. The only FasciaBlaster I currently do not have myself. The handle that is not on the Mini 2 would be helpful in areas that you need a better grip on the tool.
This bundle saves some money and chances are you will want all the tools. the wooden Nugget is helpful for hard to reach spots where you have dents in the muscle. The Nugget can help to smooth the area out and help eliminate cellulite. It's best to start with the thicker end of the Nugget and only after using the regular FasciaBlaster to open up the tissue. The Mini 2 has a nugget on either side which makes it a versatile, I don't travel without it, tool. This one is great for smaller areas as it's not a hard as the original FasciaBlaster to maneuver and sculpt areas.
This book is written by the creator of the FasciaBlaster, Ashley Black. She has blown the top of off a lot of things we thought we knew about cellulite, fat, fascia and it's role in our body. I regularly read books about health, and mostly nowadays books about movement and the science of movement. This book is not only extremely well written but it is entertaining and has information that is presented in a way that makes it easy to understand and implement into your life. I was completely fascinated with this book and couldn't put it down. I gave it to my mom while she was in the hospital getting a knee replacement and she couldn't put it down either. I highly recommend buying this book (you will want to keep it) to help you start your journey toward healthy fascia, less pain and increased athletic ability among other things.
